摘    要
劳动合同法律制度是保障和规范劳动关系的重要法律制度,而诚信原则在其中的作用愈加凸显。近年来,社会对劳动者权益的重视程度越来越高,政府部门也相继出台了一系列加强劳动保障的政策和措施。在这种背景下,诚信原则成为了劳动关系中不可或缺的一部分,其在劳动合同法律制度中的运用逐渐受到广泛关注。通过加强诚信评价机制、加强劳动合同约束力、完善司法解决争议机制等手段,未来劳动合同法律制度的发展将更加注重诚信原则,以构建新时期的劳动关系制度,进一步保障劳动者的合法权益,为用人单位提供更加稳定和可靠的劳动力,推动劳动合同法律制度的不断完善和发展。

Abstract 
The legal system of labor contracts is an important legal system for safeguarding and regulating labor relations, and the role of the principle of good faith in it is becoming increasingly prominent. In recent years, society has attached more and more importance to the rights and interests of workers, and the government has also issued a series of policies and measures to strengthen labor protection. In this context, the principle of good faith has become an indispensable part of labor relations, and its application in the legal system of labor contracts has gradually received widespread attention. In the future, the development of the legal system of labor contracts will pay more attention to the principle of good faith, by strengthening the credit evaluation mechanism, enhancing the binding force of labor contracts, and improving the judiciary's dispute resolution mechanism, etc. This will construct a new labor relations system for the new era, further safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers, provide more stable and reliable labor force for employers, and promote the continuous improvement and development of the legal system of labor contracts.
