机械设计中的材料组合优化研究
摘 要
近年来,随着机械设计的不断发展,传统的材料设计已经不能满足要求。因此,材料组合优化设计成为当前机械设计的热门研究方向。本文对材料组合优化设计进行了综述和分析。首先介绍了材料组合设计的发展历程和热门研究方向;接着讲述了材料力学基础和建立材料组合优化设计的数学模型;然后概述了材料组合优化设计的方法,并引用了机械设计中的材料组合设计应用实例进行了具体说明;之后进一步探讨了材料组合优化设计在机械设计中的作用及其难点与挑战;最后通过案例设计分析和设计结果分析来验证材料组合优化设计的有效性和实用性。总之,本文对机械设计中的材料组合优化设计进行了深入的研究和探讨,并为该领域的研究提供了一定的借鉴和思路。

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuous development of mechanical design, traditional material design can no longer meet the requirements. Therefore, material combinatorial optimization design has become a hot research direction of current mechanical design. In this paper, the combinatorial optimization design of materials is reviewed and analyzed. Firstly, the development history and popular research directions of material combination design were introduced; Secondly, the foundation of material mechanics and the mathematical model of combinatorial optimization design of materials are described; Then, the method of material combinatorial optimization design is summarized, and the application example of material combination design in mechanical design is cited for specific explanation; After that, the role, difficulties and challenges of material combinatorial optimization design in mechanical design are further discussed; Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of combinatorial optimization design of materials are verified through case design analysis and design result analysis. In a word, this paper has conducted in-depth research and discussion on the combinatorial optimization design of materials in mechanical design, and provided some reference and ideas for the research in this field.
