蛋白质工程在生物制药中的应用前景研究
摘 要
本论文主要探讨了蛋白质工程在生物制药领域中的应用前景,采用文献分析和综述的方法,对蛋白质工程技术的研究进展、应用现状、面临问题及未来发展趋势进行了系统总结和归纳。研究表明,蛋白质工程技术已经在生物制药领域取得了重要进展,具有成熟的生产技术和较高的市场价值。基于抗体的生物制药品、基于蛋白质药物的疫苗、基于蛋白质的基因治疗技术等都是蛋白质工程技术在生物制药领域的重要应用方向。但同时也面临着蛋白质结构复杂度、表达和纯化难度等诸多问题,需要继续探索和研究。未来,蛋白质工程技术将继续向着精细化、规模化和智能化方向发展,为生物制药领域提供更加高效、安全、先进的技术支持和服务。

Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the application prospect of protein engineering in the field of biopharmaceutical, and systematically summarizes the research progress, application status, problems and future development trend of protein engineering technology by using the method of literature analysis and review. Research shows that protein engineering technology has made important progress in the field of biopharmaceutical, with mature production technology and high market value. Antibody-based biological drugs, protein-based vaccines and protein-based gene therapy are all important application directions of protein engineering technology in the field of biopharmaceutical. However, it also faces many problems, such as the complexity of protein structure, the difficulty of ex pression and purification, which need to be further explored and studied. In the future, protein engineering technology will continue to develop towards the direction of refinement, scale and intelligence, and provide more efficient, safe and advanced technical support and services for the biopharmaceutical field.
