现代企业财务管理下的投资决策研究
摘 要
本论文旨在探讨现代企业财务管理下的投资决策研究，通过相关概念及理论基础的介绍，分析投资决策中存在的问题，并对优化对策进行研究。本论文共分为五个章节，包括绪论、相关概念及理论基础、问题分析、解决问题和结论。研究发现，投资决策中存在着不确定性、风险等问题，影响因素包括政策法规、市场竞争等。为了解决这些问题，本论文提出了优化对策，包括整合经营模式，建立科学决策评估制度，运用信息技术手段等。这些对策旨在提升投资决策质量，降低风险，并为企业的可持续发展提供保障。本研究通过深入分析现代企业财务管理下的投资决策，为企业投资决策提供了科学依据和实践指导。本论文的研究成果具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the modern enterprise financial management under the investment decision research, through the introduction of related concepts and theoretical basis, analysis of the existing problems in the investment decision, and to optimize the countermeasures. This paper is divided into five chapters, including the introduction, related concepts and theoretical basis, problem analysis, problem solving and conclusion. It is found that there are uncertainties, risks and other problems in investment decision-making, and the influencing factors include policies and regulations, market competition and so on. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward optimization countermeasures, including integration of business model, establishment of scientific decision evaluation system, use of information technology means and so on. These measures aim to improve the quality of investment decisions, reduce risks and provide guarantees for sustainable development of enterprises. This study provides scientific basis and practical guidance for enterprise investment decision making through in-depth analysis of modern enterprise financial management. The research results of this thesis have important theoretical and practical significance.

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the modern enterprise financial management under the investment decision research, through the introduction of related concepts and theoretical basis, analysis of the existing problems in the investment decision, and to optimize the countermeasures.
