有关机械制造加工中智能平台的研究
摘要
在智能制造的大潮中,智能平台作为实现智能制造的重要手段之一,将会有着广阔的应用前景和发展空间。本文通过对机械制造加工智能化技术的概念和分类进行阐述,探讨了机械制造中加工智能平台的实现途径和改进措施。在数字化制造技术、智能化加工技术和智能控制技术的支持下,机械制造加工智能平台的应用已经展现出了巨大的价值。而针对现有的问题,本文提出了多维度智能化制造数据汇聚和分析、引用机器学习算法以及优化平台用户交互体验等方案。这些改进措施,不仅可以提高智能化加工的效率和精度,降低生产成本,同时也能够为机械制造企业提供更为便利、高效的工作环境和服务。在未来的发展中,机械制造加工智能平台将会逐渐进化,成为一个更加完善和智能的生产系统。

Abstract
In the tide of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent platform, as one of the important means to achieve intelligent manufacturing, will have broad application prospects and development space. This paper elaborates the concept and classification of intelligent processing technology in mechanical manufacturing, and discusses the implementation and improvement measures of processing intelligent platform in mechanical manufacturing. With the support of digital manufacturing technology, intelligent processing technology and intelligent control technology, the application of mechanical manufacturing processing intelligent platform has shown great value. In view of the existing problems, this paper proposes multi-dimensional intelligent manufacturing data aggregation and analysis, reference of machine learning algorithms, and optimization of platform user interaction experience. These improvement measures can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of intelligent processing, reduce production costs, but also provide more convenient and efficient working environment and services for machinery manufacturing enterprises. In the future development, the intelligent platform of mechanical manufacturing and processing will gradually evolve into a more complete and intelligent production system.
