摘    要

本文主要探讨企业文化对组织绩效的影响和企业文化建设对组织绩效影响的应对措施。阐述了企业文化的概念及其成因,企业文化对于一个组织来说是非常重要的,它不仅代表了组织的价值观念和思想文化,更是组织内部的纽带和凝聚力。通过对文献回顾和实证研究,论文提出了企业文化对组织绩效的影响,企业文化可以影响组织的员工凝聚力、员工士气、员工工作效率和企业形象等因素,从而对组织绩效产生积极或消极的影响。论文结合实际,探讨了企业文化建设对组织绩效的应对措施,包括加强企业文化塑造、推动企业文化与战略相融合、进行有效的企业文化传递和组织文化变革等方面。

Abstract
This article mainly discusses the impact of corporate culture on organizational performance and the measures of corporate culture construction on organizational performance. Firstly, the concept and causes of corporate culture are expounded. Corporate culture is extremely important for an organization, as it represents the values and cultural ideology of the organization, and is also the bond and cohesion within the organization. Secondly, through literature review and empirical research, this paper proposes the impact of corporate culture on organizational performance, which can affect employee cohesion, employee morale, employee work efficiency and corporate image, thereby having a positive or negative impact on organizational performance. Finally, combining with practical cases, this paper explores the measures of corporate culture construction on organizational performance, including strengthening corporate culture shaping, promoting the integration of corporate culture and strategy, conducting effective corporate culture transmission and organizational culture change, etc.
