Abstract 
With the increasingly fierce market competition, customer relationship management plays an increasingly important role in modern enterprises. However, in the past market development process, some companies only focused on sales and ignored the importance of customer relationship management, leading to customer churn and even affecting the company's image and market position. Based on the concept of customer relationship management and market development strategies, this article explores how to construct effective market development strategies based on customer relationship management. This article first introduces the basic concepts and principles of customer relationship management and market development strategies, and then analyzes the problems of customer relationship management in market development, including incomplete or inaccurate customer data collection, customer communication errors, and the detachment of customer relationship management strategies from market development strategies. On this basis, this article proposes a series of market development strategies based on customer relationship management, including customer maintenance and development strategies, market development strategy implementation plans, and the integration of customer relationship management and market development strategies.
