摘 要
随着工业化生产的不断提高和普及,零件的清洗工作也变得越来越重要。超声波清洗技术作为一种高效、环保的清洗技术,在零件清洗中得到了广泛应用。本文对超声波清洗技术进行了相关概述,分析了其与传统清洗技术的差异,并探讨了其在零件清洗应用中存在的问题,包括清洗介质的选择、超声波功率和清洗介质的润湿性等。针对这些问题,文章提出了优化措施,包括根据场景和需求选择合适的清洗介质、考虑参数的一致性以及增加清洗介质的润湿性等以提高清洗效率和质量。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement and popularization of industrial production, the cleaning of parts is becoming more and more important. Ultrasonic cleaning technology, as a kind of efficient and environmental cleaning technology, has been widely used in parts cleaning. This paper gives an overview of ultrasonic cleaning technology, analyzes its differences with traditional cleaning technology, and discusses its problems in the application of parts cleaning, including the selection of cleaning medium, ultrasonic power and the wettability of cleaning medium. To solve these problems, optimization measures are proposed, including selecting the appropriate cleaning medium according to the scene and demand, considering the consistency of parameters and increasing the wettability of the cleaning medium to improve the cleaning efficiency and quality.
