摘 要
随着中国现代化建设的快速推进，农村贫困问题成为了影响社会稳定和经济发展的主要瓶颈。本文旨在探讨中国农村贫困问题的定义、类型、影响因素及机制、评估指标和方法等相关概念，同时分析中国农村贫困的现状和存在的问题，并提出应对农村贫困的发展战略。在第一章中，通过介绍农村贫困的定义、类型以及影响因素和作用机制，为后续章节的分析打下基础。第二章则着重分析了中国农村贫困的基本情况和分布特点，历史演变以及政策反应，并对其原因进行了深入剖析。在第三章中，从四个方面分析了农村贫困存在的问题，包括基础设施薄弱、公共服务不足、产业发展滞后、生态环境破坏、贫困人口素质低下以及社会保障不完善等。最后，在第四章中，提出了应对农村贫困的发展战略，分别包括加大基础设施建设力度、提高公共服务水平、推动产业升级、促进农村经济发展、加强生态环保、推进绿色发展、实施精准扶贫、改善贫困人口生活等措施。通过本文的研究，可以更好地认识和解决中国农村贫困问题，推动农村社会、经济和生态的协调发展。

Abstract
With the rapid advancement of China's modernization construction, rural poverty has become a major bottleneck affecting social stability and economic development. This article aims to explore the definition, types, influencing factors and mechanisms, evaluation indicators and methods of rural poverty in China, and analyze the current situation and problems of rural poverty in China, and propose development strategies to address rural poverty. In the first chapter, by introducing the definition, types, influencing factors, and mechanisms of rural poverty, a foundation is laid for the analysis of subsequent chapters. The second chapter focuses on analyzing the basic situation and distribution characteristics, historical evolution, and policy responses of rural poverty in China, and conducts in-depth analysis of its causes. In Chapter 3, the problems of rural poverty were analyzed from four aspects, including weak infrastructure, insufficient public services, lagging industrial development, ecological environment damage, low quality of the impoverished population, and inadequate social security. Finally, in Chapter 4, development strategies to address rural poverty were proposed, including measures such as increasing infrastructure construction, improving public service levels, promoting industrial upgrading, promoting rural economic development, strengthening ecological and environmental protection, promoting green development, implementing targeted poverty alleviation, and improving the lives of impoverished populations. Through the research in this article, we can better understand and solve the problem of rural poverty in China, and promote the coordinated development of rural society, economy, and ecology.
