Abstract: This study aims to explore the construction and management of enterprise financial shared service centers. The research background and significance are the importance and necessity of enterprise financial shared service centers in the current economic development context. By integrating financial processes and resources, financial efficiency and accuracy can be improved, internal financial control can be strengthened, and financial risks can be reduced. An effective organizational structure and division of responsibilities, as well as a clear performance evaluation and reward mechanism, are conducive to stimulating employees' enthusiasm and creativity. Continuously optimizing and improving service quality and efficiency can further enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises. By analyzing the current research status at home and abroad, effective experiences and practices can be learned in practice, providing reference for the construction and management of enterprise financial shared service centers. This study will collect and analyze data through surveys, interviews, and other methods, and explore a scientific, standardized, and feasible model for the construction and management of enterprise financial shared service centers in practice. The ultimate goal is to provide a feasible and effective financial operation model for enterprises, promoting their sustainable development.
