格力电器企业财务管理问题研究
摘 要
随着中国经济的高速发展，格力电器企业作为空调制造业的领军企业，在行业内处于重要地位。在这样一个竞争激烈的市场环境下，企业的财务管理显得尤为重要。本文基于格力电器企业的实际情况，对其财务管理问题进行研究。第一章概述了格力电器企业的财务管理情况，并对其现状进行了分析。第二章则从财务管理制度、企业对财务风险的认识、企业核算方式以及企业资金流动性等方面，分别探讨了格力电器企业财务管理环境存在的问题。最后，在第三章中提出了完善财务管理制度、提高对财务风险的认识、改进企业核算方式以及提升企业资金流动性等解决对策。本文旨在为格力电器企业及其他企业提供参考，以推动财务管理环境的进一步优化和提升。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, Gree Electric Appliances, as a leading enterprise in the air conditioning manufacturing industry, holds an important position in the industry. In such a fiercely competitive market environment, the financial management environment of enterprises is particularly important. This article studies the financial management environment of Gree Electric Appliances based on its actual situation. The first chapter provides an overview of the financial management situation of Gree Electric Appliances Enterprise and analyzes its current situation. The second chapter explores the problems in the financial management environment of Gree Electric Appliances from the aspects of financial management system, enterprise's understanding of financial risks, enterprise accounting methods, and enterprise fund liquidity. Finally, in Chapter 3, solutions such as improving financial management systems, increasing awareness of financial risks, improving enterprise accounting methods, and enhancing enterprise fund liquidity are proposed. This article aims to provide reference for Gree Electric Appliances and other enterprises, in order to further optimize and improve the financial management environment.
