摘 要
本文旨在探讨建设工程现场安全管理的存在问题，并提出相应的策略探索。通过对国内外研究文献的综述，分析了建设工程现场安全管理的概念、原则，以及相关的法律法规与标准。在存在问题方面，提到了缺乏足够的培训和意识提升、人为疏忽和监管不力，以及安全规章制度不健全等。在策略探索部分，提出了健全培训与意识提升机制、强化监管与执行力度，以及提倡安全文化与技术创新。此外，还对现场安全培训与意识提升措施进行了探讨，包括培训的重要性与目标、培训内容与形式选择，以及培训效果评估与持续改进。最后，通过对研究的综合分析，得出结论。

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the existing problems in the safety management of construction engineering site, and put forward the corresponding strategies. Based on the review of domestic and foreign research literature, this paper analyzes the concept, principle and relevant laws, regulations and standards of safety management of construction engineering site. Among the problems cited were lack of adequate training and awareness-raising, human negligence and poor supervision, and inadequate safety rules and regulations. In the part of strategy exploration, it proposes to improve the training and awareness raising mechanism, strengthen supervision and enforcement, and advocate safety culture and technological innovation. In addition, it also discusses the on-site safety training and awareness raising measures, including the importance and ob jectives of training, training content and form selection, training effect evaluation and continuous improvement. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the research, the conclusion is drawn.
