摘 要
本文研究跨文化企业管理中文化适应的影响及促进影响的相关对策。首先,介绍了研究背景和意义,国内外研究现状,研究内容和目的。其次,概述了跨文化企业管理的概念与特点,文化适应的概念及跨文化交际的基本理论。接着,探讨了文化适应对员工行为、组织机构、企业文化和企业发展的影响。最后,提出建立文化适应机制及其他相关对策,包括培训和教育、团队建设和沟通、文化多元化管理等,以促进企业跨文化适应和发展。以此为基础,本文旨在为跨文化企业管理提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
This paper studies the influence of acculturation in the management of cross-cultural enterprises and the relevant countermeasures to promote the influence. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, research content and purpose. Secondly, it summarizes the concept and characteristics of cross-cultural enterprise management, the concept of acculturation and the basic theory of cross-cultural communication. Then, the influence of acculturation on employee behavior, organization, corporate culture and corporate development is discussed. Finally, the paper proposes the establishment of cultural adaptation mechanism and other relevant countermeasures, including training and education, team building and communication, cultural diversity management, etc., in order to promote the cross-cultural adaptation and development of enterprises. Based on this, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cross-cultural enterprise management.
