摘 要
本文主要探讨企业中风险管理策略的研究。首先，介绍了风险概念及其特征，以及风险管理的基本原则。其次，分析了风险管理对企业的影响，包括可能降低企业的效率和灵活性，过度管理会导致企业失去资源的优势，以及风险管理可能会影响企业的声誉等。接着，对改善企业风险管理的对策进行了讨论。其中，建立完善的风险管理制度、加强风险管理团队的建设和强化企业文化和道德规范等是关键因素。最后，本文结论指出，企业应该积极建立完善的风险管理制度，加强风险管理人员的培训和团队建设，并树立健康的企业文化和道德规范，以实现企业风险管理水平的提高，从而保障企业的成功发展。

Abstract
This paper focuses on the study of risk management strategies in enterprises. First, the concept of risk and its characteristics, as well as the basic principles of risk management, are introduced. Secondly, the impact of risk management on enterprises is analyzed, including the possibility of reducing the efficiency and flexibility of enterprises, overmanagement will lead to the loss of resource advantages, and risk management may affect the reputation of enterprises. Next, measures to improve enterprise risk management were discussed. Among them, the establishment of a sound risk management system, strengthening the construction of risk management team, strengthening corporate culture and ethics are key factors. Finally, this paper concludes that enterprises should actively establish a sound risk management system, strengthen the training and team building of risk management personnel, and establish a healthy corporate culture and ethics, so as to achieve the improvement of enterprise risk management level, so as to ensure the successful development of enterprises..
