高强度复合材料数控切割精度研究与优化
摘 要
本文以高强度复合材料的数控切割为研究对象,通过对数控切割过程中精度影响因素的探究,建立了数控切割精度的数学模型,并进行了切割精度的优化研究。首先分析了高强度复合材料数控切割的重要性和现有研究的不足,然后介绍了切割精度的基本概念和计算方法,接着从切割设备、切割速度、切割角度和刀具磨损等方面探究了切割精度的影响因素,并建立了数学模型。最后,进行了实验验证和优化研究,得出了最优的切割参数组合,验证了数学模型的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract
In this paper, the CNC cutting of high-strength composite materials is studied. Through the exploration of the influencing factors of precision in the CNC cutting process, a mathematical model of CNC cutting precision is established, and the optimization research of cutting precision is carried out. Firstly, the importance of CNC cutting of high-strength composite materials and the shortcomings of existing research are analyzed. Then, the basic concepts and calculation methods of cutting precision are introduced. Next, the influencing factors of cutting precision are explored from the aspects of cutting equipment, cutting speed, cutting angle, and tool wear, and a mathematical model is established. Finally, experimental verification and optimization research are carried out, and the optimal cutting parameter combination is obtained, which verifies the accuracy and reliability of the mathematical model.
