摘要:当今世界,随着科学技术的飞速发展,网络为人类提供了更多便捷的服务,人类社会正逐渐从信息时代向数据时代迈进。随着用户对不同行业、不同用户的需求的多样化和个性化需求的不断增加,用户的需求也在不断增加。本论文以二手买卖系统为切入点,在此基础上进一步完善了推荐算法,并将其实际运用于一套已有的校园二手交易系统中。鉴于二手设备的特点,用户在短期内有一定的购买需求,所以采用了基于项目的协作筛选算法,并对用户的历史浏览和收藏进行了比较。然后,针对传统的基于项目协作筛选的新项目,提出了一种新的基于内容的新产品的快速启动的方法。在第二类系统中,用户之间的信任关系常常会影响到他们的购买意愿。综合以上三点,本文提出了一种新的组合推荐方法,该方法对基于商品的协作筛选算法中的物品相似度进行了改进,得出了使用者对某一项的推荐系数,并利用该项的已知平均分,对该商品进行了预测,并根据该预测值的大小,给出了相应的推荐结果。最后,利用改进的推荐算法进行了校园二手交易系统的设计和实现,其目的是向有需要的学生提供更快、更准确的个人物品。这样才能使资源得到合理的使用。

Abstract: In today's world, with the rapid development of science and technology, the network provides more convenient services for human beings, and human society is gradually moving forward from the information age to the data age. With the increasing diversification and personalized demands of different industries and users, the demands of users are also increasing. Based on the second-hand trading system, this paper further improves the recommendation algorithm and applies it to an existing campus second-hand trading system. In view of the characteristics of second-hand devices, users have certain purchase needs in the short term, so the project-based collaborative screening algorithm is adopted, and the historical browsing and collection of users are compared. Then, aiming at the traditional new projects based on project collaborative screening, a new fast start-up method of new products based on content is proposed. In the second type of system, the trust relationship between users often affects their purchase intention. Integrated the above three points, this paper proposes a new method of combination is recommended, the method of collaborative filtering algorithm based on commodity item similarity was improved, the user on a particular item recommended coefficient is obtained, and by using the known average, for the goods is forecasted, and according to the size of the predicted value, gives the corresponding recommendations. Finally, the design and implementation of the campus second-hand trading system is carried out by using the improved recommendation algorithm, which aims to provide students in need with faster and more accurate personal items. Only in this way can resources be properly used.
