摘 要
基于对贫困家庭儿童心理困境及帮助对策的研究，本文旨在探讨贫困家庭儿童心理困境的定义与特点、影响因素及作用机制、社会工作的帮助对策等方面。研究显示，贫困家庭儿童普遍存在心理困境，如情绪障碍、自卑、焦虑、孤独等；影响因素包括家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素；社会工作帮助对策可以分为家庭治疗、学校支持、社区干预和心理辅导等。通过对以上因素的分析和对对策的研究，本文提出了从多方面帮助贫困家庭儿童克服心理困境的策略。这些策略不仅为贫困家庭儿童提供了帮助，也为相关社会工作人员提供了可参考的建议。该研究旨在引起社会关注对贫困家庭儿童心理困境、加强社会工作对该问题的关注和研究，以及促进相关政策和制度的完善。

Research on psychological plight of children from poor families and countermeasures to help them
Abstract
Based on the research on the psychological plight of children from poor families and help countermeasures, this paper aims to explore the definition and characteristics of the psychological plight of children from poor families, influencing factors and mechanisms, and help countermeasures of social work. Research shows that children from poor families commonly have psychological difficulties, such as emotional disorders, low self-esteem, anxiety, loneliness, etc. The influencing factors include family factors, school factors and social factors; The countermeasures of social work can be divided into family therapy, school support, community intervention and psychological counseling. Through the analysis of the above factors and the research of countermeasures, this paper puts forward the strategies to help the children from poor families overcome the psychological plight from many aspects. These strategies not only help children from poor families, but also provide relevant social workers with reference suggestions. The study aims to draw social attention to the psychological plight of children from poor families, strengthen social work's attention and research on this problem, and promote the improvement of relevant policies and institutions.
