浅析低碳经济背景下的企业战略转型策略
摘 要
本文主要围绕低碳经济背景下企业战略转型展开论述，结合技术、市场、风险等方面的障碍，提出了基于低碳经济的企业战略转型策略研究。本文首先概述了低碳经济的概念和特点，分析了低碳经济的发展与趋势，然后探讨了企业战略转型的基本概念和过程以及低碳经济背景下企业战略转型的必要性，接着对企业战略转型中的技术、市场、风险等障碍进行了分析，最后提出了基于低碳经济的企业战略转型策略，包括企业核心技术创新和技术合作战略、低碳产品和服务战略、环境保护和社会责任战略等。

An Analysis of Strategic Transformation Strategies for Enterprises Under the Background of a Low-Carbon Economy
Abstract
This paper focuses on the strategic transformation of enterprises under the background of a low-carbon economy, and proposes a research on strategic transformation strategies based on the obstacles faced in areas such as technology, market, and risk. This paper first introduces the concept and characteristics of a low-carbon economy, analyzes the development and trends of low-carbon economy, explores the basic concepts and processes of enterprise strategic transformation and the necessity of enterprise strategic transformation in the context of a low-carbon economy. The paper then analyzes the obstacles of technology, market, and risk in enterprise strategic transformation, and finally proposes strategic transformation strategies based on a low-carbon economy, including core technology innovation and technology cooperation strategy, low-carbon product and service strategy, environmental protection and social responsibility strategy, etc.
