现金分红是上市公司治理的重要方面，也是投资者获取回报的重要途径。本文针对上市公司现金分红行为存在的问题，提出了策略分析。首先探讨了现金分红的概念与意义，接着分析了现金分红的影响因素和风险与效益。然后，论文阐述了现金分红存在的缺乏、不稳定和不公平等问题。最后提出策略分析，包括增强公司治理，提高透明度；定期进行现金分红；制定合理的现金分红政策。这些策略可以帮助上市公司改善现金分红行为，提高股东满意度，增强市场吸引力和投资价值。

Abstract
Cash dividend is an important aspect of listed company governance, but also an important way for investors to obtain returns. This paper puts forward the problems of cash dividend behavior in listed companies. Firstly, it discusses the concept and significance of cash dividend, and then analyzes the influencing factors and risks and benefits of cash dividend. Then, the paper expounds the problems of the lack, instability and unfairness of cash dividends. Finally, strategic analysis, including corporate governance and transparency; regular cash dividend and reasonable cash dividend policy. These strategies can help listed companies improve their cash dividend behavior, increase their shareholder satisfaction, and enhance their market attractiveness and investment value.
