随着市场竞争的日益激烈,中小企业在追求企业发展的同时,需要对自身转型进行深入研究。本文摘要将针对中小企业转型相关概念、现状、问题和策略进行探讨。在第一章,将介绍中小企业转型概念与理论,以及中小企业转型的现状分析。第二章将讨论中小企业转型中存在的问题,包括过度依赖传统行业和产品、品牌创新能力不足、产品质量不高,技术创新能力较弱等问题。在第三章,将提出中小企业转型策略,包括加强市场调研、拓展新兴市场、提高企业管理水平、加强内部管理、加强技术创新能力、提高产品质量以及建立品牌形象,提高品牌影响力等。总的来说,中小企业转型是提高企业核心竞争力的重要途径。只有在转型策略的正确引导下,中小企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中取得胜利,实现可持续发展。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce market competition, small and medium-sized enterprises need to conduct in-depth research on their own transformation while pursuing enterprise development. This abstract will explore the concepts, current situation, problems, and strategies related to the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the first chapter, the concept and theory of small and medium-sized enterprise transformation will be introduced, as well as an analysis of the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprise transformation. Chapter 2 will discuss the problems that exist in the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, including excessive reliance on traditional industries and products, insufficient brand innovation ability, low product quality, and weak technological innovation ability. In Chapter 3, transformation strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises will be proposed, including strengthening market research, expanding emerging markets, improving enterprise management levels, strengthening internal management, strengthening technological innovation capabilities, improving product quality, establishing brand image, and enhancing brand influence. Overall, the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important way to improve their core competitiveness. Only under the correct guidance of transformation strategies can small and medium-sized enterprises win in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development.
