跨境电商平台供应链协同机制优化研究

摘    要

随着全球化进程的加速和数字技术的迅猛发展,跨境电商已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分,其供应链协同效率直接影响平台竞争力与用户体验。然而,当前跨境电商平台在供应链管理中面临信息不对称、资源整合不足及响应速度滞后等问题,亟需优化协同机制以提升整体运作效率。本研究旨在通过系统分析跨境电商平台供应链协同的关键影响因素,构建适应数字化时代的协同优化框架。研究采用混合方法设计,首先基于文献综述与案例分析提炼理论模型,随后运用结构方程建模(SEM)验证关键变量间的关系,并结合实地调研数据提出具体优化策略。研究表明,信息共享水平、技术支撑能力及合作伙伴信任是影响供应链协同绩效的核心要素,而数字化转型为提升协同效率提供了重要契机。研究进一步提出通过建立智能化信息共享平台、完善激励机制以及强化跨文化沟通等措施,可显著改善供应链协同效果。

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid development of digital technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an essential part of international trade. The efficiency of supply chain collaboration directly impacts platform competitiveness and user experience. However, current cross-border e-commerce platforms face issues such as information asymmetry, insufficient resource integration, and delayed response times in supply chain management. There is an urgent need to optimize collaboration mechanisms to enhance overall operational efficiency. This study aims to systematically analyze the key influencing factors of supply chain collaboration on cross-border e-commerce platforms and construct a collaborative optimization fr amework adapted to the digital age. The research adopts a mixed-method design, first refining theoretical models based on literature reviews and case studies, then using structural equation modeling (SEM) to verify the relationships between key variables, and proposing specific optimization strategies based on field survey data. The study shows that the level of information sharing, technical support capabilities, and partner trust are core elements affecting supply chain collaboration performance, while digital transformation provides a significant opportunity to improve collaboration efficiency. The study further proposes that establishing intelligent information sharing platforms, improving incentive mechanisms, and enhancing cross-cultural communication can significantly enhance supply chain collaboration outcomes.
