对施工进度进行最优改进,应切实、高效地强化施工过程中的施工质量控制与管理,科学、合理的施工进度调度是施工过程中关键环节。文章结合国内外的相关资料,结合相关的文献,对其施工计划的结构分解、工序确定、时间、计划和时间参数的计算等方面进行了详尽的阐述和分析,并进行了具体的计划优化工作,对计划的实施进行了细致的分析,并就盲目压缩工期和资源冲突的成因进行了分析和思考。合理合理的施工组织与设计,能实现快速、优质、低成本的目的,从而在市场竞争中获得优势。
