With the development of society, everyone's quality of life and income are increasing, and their financial awareness is also increasing. Because people's financial concept of family is deeply rooted and various financial means emerge in endlessly, people divide financial methods into two categories: traditional and modern. The traditional financial management basically put their extra income in the bank; Modern finance, on the other hand, makes use of the Internet to manage its own financial affairs online. This paper mainly studies a relatively complete household financial system. It mainly consists of daily expenditure, income and expenditure records and statistical tables. The required functions mainly include account book function, family member management function, revenue and expenditure business item function and report statistics function. In view of the defects of many domestic financial management systems in China at present, some foreign financial management systems have been used for reference. This system includes income and expenditure, settlement, statistics, report, forecast, etc. of existing funds, and develops a household financial management system based on SQL Server and C #. The system includes detailed information of property, expenditure information, financial data, revenue and expenditure, income, finance, financial report and financial data. The property details the overview of all properties; Expense management is to manage the already spent or prepared expenses, so as to realize the effective and rational management of personal assets, thus realizing the cost saving.
