摘 要
本文以幼儿园班级管理中的教师角色为研究主线,探究教师在幼儿园班级管理中扮演的重要职责,以及如何有效履行这些职责,以提高幼儿园班级管理的质量。研究发现,教师应扮演幼儿园班级管理的核心角色,需要具备一定的管理素养和教育技能。具体而言,教师需要在日常教育教学活动中注重情感管理、行为规范、信息反馈、家园合作等方面的工作,以提高幼儿园班级管理的效果。最后,本文提出了一些可行的建议,以协助教师更好地履行其在幼儿园班级管理中的职责。

Abstract
This paper takes the role of teachers in kindergarten class management as the main research line, explores the important responsibilities of teachers in kindergarten class management, and how to effectively fulfill these responsibilities to improve the quality of kindergarten class management. The study found that teachers should play a central role in kindergarten class management and need to have certain management literacy and educational skills. Specifically, teachers need to pay attention to emotional management, behavior norms, information feedback, home cooperation and other aspects in daily education and teaching activities to improve the effectiveness of kindergarten class management. Finally, this paper presents some actionable suggestions to assist teachers in better fulfilling their responsibilities in kindergarten class management.
