摘 要
随着教育改革的深入推进,个性化教学成为提升教学质量的重要方向,而分层教学法作为一种有效的教学策略,在小学数学教学中的应用逐渐受到关注本研究以小学数学教学为背景,探讨分层教学法在提高学生学习效果和促进个体发展中的作用研究旨在通过科学设计的教学干预,分析分层教学法对学生数学能力、学习兴趣及课堂参与度的影响采用准实验研究方法,选取某市两所小学的四年级学生为研究对象,将学生按数学基础分为不同层次,并实施为期一学期的分层教学干预同时结合问卷调查、课堂观察和测试数据分析结果表明,分层教学法能够显著提高学生的数学成绩,缩小班级内学生间的学业差距,同时增强学生的学习兴趣和自信心此外,该方法有助于教师更精准地把握学生的学习需求,优化教学资源分配本研究的创新点在于不仅验证了分层教学法的有效性,还提出了具体可操作的分层教学实施路径,为一线教师提供了实践参考主要贡献体现在理论与实践相结合,既丰富了分层教学法的研究内容,也为小学数学教学改革提供了新思路和实证支持未来研究可进一步探索分层教学法在其他学科中的适用性和长期效应

Abstract
With the deepening of educational reform, personalized teaching has become an important direction for improving teaching quality, and layered instruction, as an effective teaching strategy, is gradually gaining attention in primary school mathematics education. This study investigates the role of layered instruction in enhancing learning outcomes and promoting individual development within the context of primary school mathematics teaching. It aims to analyze the impact of scientifically designed instructional interventions on students' mathematical abilities, learning interest, and classroom participation through the implementation of layered instruction. A quasi-experimental research method was adopted, with fourth-grade students from two primary schools in a city serving as the research subjects. Students were divided into different layers based on their mathematical foundations, and a semester-long layered instruction intervention was implemented. The study combined questionnaire surveys, classroom observations, and test data analysis. Results indicate that layered instruction significantly improves students' mathematical performance, narrows academic gaps among students within a class, and enhances learning interest and self-confidence. Additionally, this approach enables teachers to more accurately identify students' learning needs and optimize the allocation of teaching resources. The innovation of this study lies not only in verifying the effectiveness of layered instruction but also in proposing specific and actionable implementation pathways for layered teaching, providing practical references for frontline educators. Its main contributions are reflected in the integration of theory and practice, enriching the research content of layered instruction while offering new ideas and empirical support for the reform of primary school mathematics teaching. Future research could further explore the applicability and long-term effects of layered instruction in other subjects.
