摘 要
当前，我国在婚姻、家庭关系中存在着许多新问题，并制定了相关的政策和政策。2001年我国《婚姻法》修订后，确立了三种离婚救济机制，但在司法实践中，这三种制度的实施难度较大，存在诸多缺陷，而家庭劳动和经济援助等方面尚需进一步完善。这一制度在某种程度上起到了保护离婚自由与维持家庭安定的作用。然而，现行的离婚救济制度无论在法律的精确性、制度的完善性方面仍有一定的发展空间，因此，应对如何完善我国的离婚救济机制进行探讨。因此，在借鉴世界各国的立法经验的基础上，对我国的离婚救济制度进行了进一步的完善，不仅可以使当事人在离婚过程中陷入困境，而且可以保证离婚的自由，也可以使司法公正得到真正的体现。

Abstract
At present, there are many new problems in marriage and family relations in China, and relevant policies and policies have been formulated. After the amendment of China's Marriage Law in 2001, three divorce relief mechanisms have been established. However, in judicial practice, the implementation of these three systems is difficult and there are many defects, and family labor and economic assistance need to be further improved. This system has played a role in protecting the freedom of divorce and maintaining family stability to some extent. However, the current divorce relief system still has some room for development in terms of the accuracy of the law and the perfection of the system. Therefore, how to improve the divorce relief mechanism in China should be discussed. Therefore, on the basis of drawing on the legislative experience of other countries in the world, the divorce relief system in China has been further improved, which can not only make the parties fall into difficulties in the process of divorce, but also ensure the freedom of divorce, and can also make the judicial justice truly realized.
