Big Data-Enabled Precision Implementation of Fiscal and Tax Policies: A Research Study

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, big data technology has provided a new methodological support for the formulation and implementation of fiscal and tax policies. This study takes the application of big data technology in the fiscal and tax field as its starting point, aiming to explore how data-driven approaches can achieve precise implementation of fiscal and tax policies. Based on the integration and analysis of multi-source heterogeneous data, the study employs machine learning algorithms and data mining techniques to construct an evaluation model for the effectiveness of fiscal and tax policies and designs a dynamic adjustment mechanism to adapt to the complex and ever-changing socio-economic environment. Through in-depth analysis of massive amounts of tax, fiscal, and macroeconomic data, the research reveals potential biases in policy execution and their underlying causes, proposing specific solutions to optimize policy implementation pathways. The findings indicate that big data technology can significantly enhance the scientific rigor and specificity of fiscal and tax policies, playing a crucial role in improving resource allocation efficiency and ensuring policy fairness. An innovation of this study lies in the first introduction of a dynamic feedback mechanism into the fiscal and tax policy evaluation system, which has been empirically validated for its effectiveness. Additionally, the study develops a set of policy simulation tools applicable to various scenarios, providing quantifiable references for decision-makers. Overall, this research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of fiscal and tax policies but also offers significant support for policy optimization at the practical level.
