摘 要
工程施工组织设计是以工程项目为目标，是指导工程整体和工程全过程的作战计划。工程设计是一个关键环节，其结果不仅会影响到后续的施工操作与效果，而且还会对整个工程的总成本产生一定的影响。在施工中，科学、合理的施工组织和设计，能有效地缩短项目的工期，降低不必要的费用。但是，在工程建设中，由于受多种因素的限制，工程的工期常常受到影响，所以，在工程实施之前，必须制订工程进度计划。由于工程建设中存在着计划安排不合理、技术水平不高、质量不高、成本不高等问题，为了防止和减少工程建设中的不合理因素，应加强工程建设各个环节的管理，合理安排进度，严格质量、成本，提高工程技术水平。此设计只提供部分住宅建筑的建筑规划，供大家参考。

Abstract
The project construction organization design is aimed at the project and is the operational plan to guide the whole project and the whole process of the project. Engineering design is a key link, and its result will not only affect the subsequent construction operation and effect, but also have a certain impact on the total cost of the whole project. During construction, scientific and reasonable construction organization and design can effectively shorten the project duration and reduce unnecessary costs.
