随着信息技术的迅猛发展，电子政府建设已成为提升城市行政效率的重要手段，其在优化公共服务、简化行政流程和增强政府透明度方面的作用日益凸显本研究以中国多个城市的电子政府建设实践为背景，旨在探讨电子政府建设对城市行政效率的实际影响通过构建包含电子政务成熟度、信息资源共享水平、公众参与度等多维度指标的评估体系，并结合面板数据分析方法，选取2015年至2022年间30个样本城市的实证数据进行研究结果表明，电子政府建设显著提升了城市行政效率，其中电子政务成熟度每提高1%，行政效率平均提升约0.8%；信息资源共享水平的提升对行政效率的促进作用尤为突出，而公众参与度的改善则进一步强化了这一效应。关键词：电子政府建设，行政效率，信息资源共享
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, E-government construction has become an important means to improve the urban administrative efficiency, Its role in optimizing public services, simplifying administrative processes and enhancing government transparency is increasingly highlighted. Based on the practice of e-government construction in many cities in China, It aims to explore the actual impact of e-government construction on urban administrative efficiency by constructing an evaluation system including multi-dimensional indicators such as e-government maturity, information resource sharing level and public participation, And combining the panel data analysis method, Using empirical data from 30 sample cities between 2015 and 2022, E-government construction has significantly improved the urban administrative efficiency, For every 1% increase in the maturity of e-government, The average increase in administrative efficiency is about 0.8%; The improvement of information resource sharing level has a particularly prominent role in promoting administrative efficiency, Improved public participation further strengthens this effect.
