摘 要
自1978年中国开始,中国的社会发展速度很快, GDP的持续增加和城市化进程的加快,中国人的财富越来越多,人们的购买力也越来越强,越来越多的人开始疯狂地追求着自己的生活,中国的社会和人民的富裕程度也越来越高。2015年,中国消费者所采购的奢侈品占到了世界上的46%。但是,尽管消费需求迅速发展,但仍有许多问题需要加以克服:中国消费者消费理念尚未形成,奢侈消费外溢,缺乏具有国际竞争力的本地名牌。通过分析目前中国奢侈品消费的现状,提出了一些相关的政策和措施,以期推动中国奢侈品消费的持续、健康发展。提出了“十三五”时期我国经济转轨的合理化意见。

Abstract
Since 1978, China's social development has been very fast. With the continuous increase of GDP and the acceleration of urbanization, the Chinese people have more and more wealth, and their purchasing power has become stronger and stronger. More and more people have begun to pursue their own lives crazily, and China's society and people are becoming more and more affluent. In 2015, the luxury goods purchased by Chinese consumers accounted for 46% of the world's total. However, despite the rapid development of consumer demand, there are still many problems to be overcome: China's consumer concept has not yet formed, luxury consumption overflows, and the lack of local brands with international competitiveness. By analyzing the current situation of luxury consumption in China, this paper puts forward some relevant policies and measures to promote the sustainable and healthy development of luxury consumption in China. The rationalization suggestions for China's economic transition during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period are put forward.
