摘要
随着城市化进程的加快和公共空间复杂性的提升,环境导向标识系统在引导用户行为、优化空间体验方面的作用日益凸显本研究以环境导向标识系统的信息层次与视觉引导为核心,旨在探讨如何通过科学的设计方法提升标识系统的功能性与用户体验研究基于认知心理学与环境行为学理论,结合实地调研与案例分析,提出了一套系统化的信息层次构建模型,并通过眼动追踪技术验证了视觉引导策略的有效性结果表明,合理的信息层级划分能够显著提高用户的识别效率,而基于视觉焦点分布的引导设计则有效减少了用户的决策时间此外,本研究创新性地引入动态反馈机制,使标识系统能够根据环境变化与用户需求进行实时调整这一机制不仅增强了标识系统的适应性,还为未来智能化导向设计提供了理论支持综上所述,本研究为环境导向标识系统的设计提供了新的思路与实践依据,对提升公共空间的服务质量具有重要意义

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing complexity of public spaces, the role of environmental wayfinding signage systems in guiding user behavior and optimizing spatial experiences has become increasingly prominent. This study focuses on the information hierarchy and visual guidance of environmental wayfinding signage systems, aiming to explore how scientific design methods can enhance the functionality of signage systems and improve user experience. Grounded in cognitive psychology and environmental behavior theory, and combining field research with case analysis, this study proposes a systematic model for constructing information hierarchies, which is validated through eye-tracking technology to confirm the effectiveness of visual guidance strategies. The results indicate that rational division of information levels significantly improves users' recognition efficiency, while guidance designs based on visual focus distribution effectively reduce users' decision-making time. Furthermore, this study innovatively introduces a dynamic feedback mechanism, enabling signage systems to adjust in real-time according to environmental changes and user needs. This mechanism not only enhances the adaptability of signage systems but also provides theoretical support for future intelligent wayfinding design. In conclusion, this study offers new perspectives and practical foundations for the design of environmental wayfinding signage systems, playing a significant role in improving the service quality of public spaces.
