Abstract

With the rapid development of globalization and e-commerce, logistics network design has become one of the core elements for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. This study aims to explore how to achieve an optimal balance between cost and efficiency in logistics network design to meet the increasingly complex market demands. By constructing a multi-ob jective optimization model that comprehensively considers key factors such as transportation costs, inventory costs, facility operation costs, and service levels, a solution approach based on a hybrid intelligent algorithm is proposed. This method integrates the advantages of genetic algorithms and simulated annealing algorithms, effectively addressing the computational inefficiency of traditional optimization methods when dealing with large-scale complex problems. The results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm can significantly reduce total logistics costs while maintaining a high level of service quality, providing decision-makers with multiple alternative solutions to accommodate various scenario requirements. Additionally, this study introduces a dynamic adjustment mechanism, enabling the logistics network to flexibly adapt to market changes and technological advancements. This innovation not only enhances the practical application value of the model but also offers new perspectives for future research in related fields. Overall, this study provides a systematic analytical fr amework and efficient optimization tools for logistics network design, playing a significant role in promoting the intelligent transformation of the modern logistics industry.
