Abstract

With the continuous growth of global energy consumption and the increasing severity of environmental issues, energy consumption optimization in logistics systems has become an important topic of common concern in both academia and industry. This study aims to explore effective strategies for optimizing energy consumption in logistics systems to reduce operational costs and carbon emissions. By comprehensively analyzing key factors such as logistics network structure, transportation mode selection, and resource allocation, this paper proposes an energy management fr amework based on a multi-ob jective optimization model. The fr amework integrates intelligent algorithms and big data technologies, enabling dynamic adjustments to logistics route planning and resource allocation schemes to minimize energy consumption. An empirical analysis approach is adopted, selecting a large logistics enterprise as a case study, to model and simulate its actual operational data. The results indicate that the proposed optimization strategy can reduce the overall energy consumption of the logistics system by approximately 15%, while significantly improving transportation efficiency and service quality. Additionally, this research innovatively introduces green energy substitution options, further enhancing the sustainability of logistics systems. The primary contribution lies in proposing an optimization model with both theoretical depth and practical value, and validating its feasibility and effectiveness in complex logistics scenarios, providing new insights and reference for future related research.
