摘 要
随着知识经济的快速发展,企业创新能力成为其核心竞争力的关键来源,而员工作为创新活动的主要参与者,其创新能力的提升对企业可持续发展具有重要意义。本研究以企业培训体系为切入点,探讨其对员工创新能力的提升作用,旨在为企业优化培训策略提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用问卷调查法和结构方程模型分析相结合的方式,选取某地区15家企业的600名员工为样本,从培训内容、培训方式、培训环境三个维度构建企业培训体系评估框架,并结合员工创新能力的多维指标进行实证分析。结果显示,企业培训体系的完善程度与员工创新能力之间存在显著正相关关系,其中培训内容的针对性和培训方式的多样性是影响创新能力提升的核心因素,而良好的培训环境则起到重要的支撑作用。此外,研究发现员工个体特征如学习动机和认知风格在这一过程中发挥了调节效应。本研究的创新点在于首次将培训体系的多维要素与员工创新能力的具体构成相联系,并通过实证数据验证了两者之间的因果关系,同时揭示了个体差异对培训效果的影响机制。主要贡献体现在为现有培训理论提供了新的视角,并为企业设计更具针对性和实效性的培训方案提供了科学依据,从而助力员工创新能力的全面提升。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the knowledge economy, corporate innovation capability has become a critical source of core competitiveness. As the primary participants in innovation activities, employees' enhanced innovation capabilities play a significant role in ensuring sustainable corporate development. This study focuses on the corporate training system as an entry point to explore its role in promoting employee innovation capabilities, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing training strategies. By combining questionnaire surveys with structural equation modeling analysis, this research selects 600 employees from 15 companies in a specific region as samples. A fr amework for evaluating the corporate training system is constructed from three dimensions: training content, training methods, and training environment, while integrating multidimensional indicators of employee innovation capabilities for empirical analysis. The results indicate a significant positive correlation between the completeness of the corporate training system and employee innovation capabilities. Among these factors, the specificity of training content and the diversity of training methods are identified as core elements influencing the enhancement of innovation capabilities, whereas a favorable training environment serves as an essential supporting factor. Additionally, the study reveals that individual employee characteristics, such as learning motivation and cognitive styles, exert moderating effects in this process. The novelty of this research lies in its first-time linkage of the multidimensional elements of the training system with the specific components of employee innovation capabilities, empirically validating their causal relationship and uncovering the mechanisms through which individual differences influence training effectiveness. Its main contributions include offering a new perspective to existing training theories and providing scientific evidence for designing more targeted and effective training programs, thereby facilitating the comprehensive improvement of employee innovation capabilities.
