Abstract:This paper discusses the strategy of using PDCA cycle to improve hospital talent construction. Firstly, it introduces the research background and purpose, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the research content and methods. Then it discusses the principle, basic concept, application and potential advantages of PDCA cycle in management and talent construction. Then, the present situation of hospital talent construction is analyzed, including background and importance, existing problems and challenges, and existing strategies and practices. Then, the potential problems of PDCA cycle in hospital talent construction are put forward, including the lack of clear talent development goals, not adapting to the fast-changing external environment, the lack of effective talent evaluation mechanism and the insufficiency of recruitment and selection process. Finally, the strategy of hospital talent building based on PDCA cycle is given, including the strategy of goal setting stage, planning stage, execution stage and inspection and adjustment stage. By adopting these strategies, it can help hospitals to develop and manage talents better, improve their comprehensive competitiveness and service quality.
