摘要:本文以人力资源专员财务思维的培养与应用为研究对象,探讨了人力资源专员财务思维在薪酬与绩效管理、人才招聘与培养、组织设计与战略规划等方面的应用。通过培养财务知识与技能、数据分析与决策能力以及财务意识与风险管理能力,人力资源专员能够更好地运用财务思维解决实际问题。本文提出了跨学科知识的培养、数据驱动决策的重视以及组织绩效评估的完善等启示和建议,以提升人力资源专员的财务思维水平。

Abstract:This paper takes the cultivation and application of financial thinking of human resource specialist as the research ob ject, and discusses the application of financial thinking of human resource specialist in salary and performance management, talent recruitment and training, organizational design and strategic planning. By cultivating financial knowledge and skills, data analysis and decision-making ability, financial awareness and risk management ability, human resource specialists can better use financial thinking to solve practical problems. In order to improve the level of financial thinking of human resource specialists, this paper puts forward some enlightenments and suggestions such as the cultivation of interdisciplinary knowledge, the emphasis on data-driven decision making and the improvement of organizational performance evaluation.
