中文摘要:在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业战略管理成为提升竞争力的核心手段。本研究旨在探讨企业战略管理与竞争力提升之间的内在关系,并提出一套系统化的分析框架。研究采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、案例分析及统计建模,对不同行业企业的战略实践进行深入剖析。结果表明,企业战略管理的有效性显著影响其市场竞争力,尤其是在动态环境中,灵活的战略调整能力和资源优化配置是关键因素。此外,研究发现数字化转型在战略管理中的作用日益凸显,能够为企业提供新的竞争优势来源。本研究的创新点在于将动态能力理论与战略管理实践相结合,提出了适用于多行业场景的竞争力评估模型,并验证了数字化转型对企业战略绩效的正向促进作用。主要贡献包括为学术界提供了更全面的战略管理理论视角,同时为企业管理者制定更具针对性的战略决策提供了实践指导,从而助力企业在复杂多变的市场环境中实现可持续发展。

Abstract:In the context of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, strategic management has become a core means for enhancing corporate competitiveness. This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship between corporate strategic management and competitiveness enhancement, proposing a systematic analytical fr amework. A mixed-methods approach combining qualitative and quantitative methods was adopted, utilizing questionnaires, case analysis, and statistical modeling to conduct an in-depth examination of strategic practices across various industries. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of corporate strategic management significantly influences market competitiveness, particularly in dynamic environments where the ability to adjust strategies flexibly and optimize resource allocation plays a critical role. Additionally, the research highlights the growing importance of digital transformation in strategic management, which can provide new sources of competitive advantage for enterprises. The innovation of this study lies in integrating dynamic capability theory with strategic management practices, developing a competitiveness evaluation model applicable to multi-industry scenarios, and validating the positive impact of digital transformation on corporate strategic performance. Key contributions include offering academia a more comprehensive theoretical perspective on strategic management and providing practical guidance for managers to formulate more targeted strategic decisions, thereby assisting enterprises in achieving sustainable development in complex and ever-changing market environments.
