Abstract: This paper aims to explore the current situation, causes and risk prevention strategies of China's real estate market foam. First, this paper introduces the development of China's real estate market and the general situation of foam, including market characteristics and historical evolution, the definition and manifestations of foam, and the current situation and trend of foam. Secondly, this paper analyzes the causes of the foam in China's real estate market, including policy factors, the imbalance between capital supply and demand, and the impact of the financial market. Finally, this paper proposes risk prevention strategies for China's real estate market foam, including establishing a sound financial regulatory system, strengthening information disclosure and transparency in the real estate market, and strengthening laws and regulations and law enforcement. The research results of this paper are of great significance for preventing the risk of foam in the real estate market and maintaining the stable development of China's economy.
