摘 要
感染控制是现代医疗体系中至关重要的环节，护理人员作为医院感染防控的第一线力量，其对感染控制知识的掌握程度直接影响到患者安全和医疗质量。为全面了解护理人员在感染控制方面的知识水平，本研究采用分层随机抽样法选取某地区10所不同级别医院的865名护理人员进行问卷调查，涵盖基础理论、手卫生、消毒隔离、职业防护等9个维度共72个条目。结果显示，护理人员整体得分率为73.4%，其中手卫生（82.1%）和消毒隔离（79.6%）得分相对较高，但在多重耐药菌管理（61.3%）和空气传播疾病预防（60.9%）方面存在明显不足。进一步分析发现，工作年限、学历层次与感染控制知识掌握程度呈正相关，而不同职称间差异不显著。

Investigation on the knowledge of infection control among nursing staff
Abstract
Infection control is a crucial link in modern medical system. As the front-line force of hospital infection prevention and control, nursing staff's mastery of infection control knowledge directly affects patient safety and medical quality. In order to fully understand the knowledge level of nursing staff in infection control, this study adopted stratified random sampling method to select 865 nursing staff from 10 hospitals of different levels in a certain area for questionnaire survey, covering 72 items in 9 dimensions such as basic theory, hand hygiene, disinfection and isolation, and occupational protection. The results showed that the overall score rate of nursing staff was 73.4%, among which the scores of hand hygiene (82.1%) and disinfection isolation (79.6%) were relatively high, but there were obvious deficiencies in multi-drug-resistant bacteria management (61.3%) and airborne disease prevention (60.9%). Further analysis showed that working years and educational level were positively correlated with the mastery of infection control knowledge, but there was no significant difference between different professional titles.
