金融工程在绿色金融和可持续发展中的应用

摘    要

  随着全球气候变化和资源短缺问题日益严峻,绿色金融和可持续发展已成为国际社会关注的焦点。本研究旨在探讨金融工程在推动绿色金融创新和实现可持续发展目标中的关键作用。通过结合定量分析与案例研究的方法,本文系统评估了金融工具(如绿色债券、环境衍生品和碳交易机制)的设计原理及其在实际应用中的效果。研究发现,金融工程能够有效解决绿色项目融资中的信息不对称和风险分担问题,并通过结构化产品设计降低投资者的参与门槛。此外,基于大数据和人工智能技术的金融工程模型显著提升了对环境外部性的量化能力,为政策制定者提供了科学依据。本文的主要创新点在于提出了一种综合框架,将绿色金融产品的定价机制与可持续发展目标的量化指标相融合,从而实现了经济效益与环境效益的协同优化。研究表明,金融工程不仅能够促进绿色资本市场的健康发展,还为构建包容性更强的全球金融体系提供了新思路。这一研究成果对完善绿色金融理论体系及指导实践具有重要参考价值。

Abstract 
  As global climate change and resource scarcity become increasingly severe, green finance and sustainable development have emerged as focal points of international attention. This study aims to explore the critical role of financial engineering in promoting green financial innovation and achieving sustainable development goals. By integrating quantitative analysis with case studies, this paper systematically evaluates the design principles of financial instruments such as green bonds, environmental derivatives, and carbon trading mechanisms, along with their practical effectiveness. The findings indicate that financial engineering can effectively address issues of information asymmetry and risk-sharing in green project financing while reducing investor participation barriers through structured product design. Moreover, financial engineering models based on big data and artificial intelligence technologies have significantly enhanced the ability to quantify environmental externalities, providing a scientific basis for policymakers. A key innovation of this paper is the proposal of an integrated fr amework that combines the pricing mechanisms of green financial products with quantifiable indicators of sustainable development goals, thereby achieving synergistic optimization of economic and environmental benefits. The study demonstrates that financial engineering not only facilitates the healthy development of green capital markets but also offers new perspectives for constructing a more inclusive global financial system. This research holds significant reference value for refining the theoretical fr amework of green finance and guiding its practical implementation.
