摘 要
随着经济全球化进程的加速,跨国公司面临的汇率风险日益复杂和多样化,这对企业的财务稳定与经营绩效构成了重大挑战。基于此背景,本文以金融工程理论为基础,深入探讨了跨国公司在汇率风险管理中的关键问题,旨在构建一套系统化、科学化的汇率风险管理框架研究中采用了定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法,通过建立动态对冲模型和情景模拟技术,评估不同策略在多种市场条件下的有效性结果表明,基于金融工程的综合管理方案能够显著降低汇率波动对企业财务的影响,并提升风险管理的灵活性与适应性本文的创新点在于将机器学习算法引入汇率风险预测体系,优化了传统模型的准确性和时效性此外,研究还提出了针对不同类型跨国公司的个性化风险管理建议,为实践提供了具体指导总体而言,本研究不仅丰富了汇率风险管理的理论框架,也为跨国公司在复杂市场环境中的决策提供了有力支持

Abstract
With the acceleration of economic globalization, multinational corporations are confronted with increasingly complex and diverse exchange rate risks, which pose significant challenges to their financial stability and operational performance. Against this backdrop, this study draws on financial engineering theory to explore key issues in exchange rate risk management for multinational corporations, aiming to construct a systematic and scientific fr amework for managing such risks. A combination of quantitative analysis and case study methodologies is employed, involving the development of dynamic hedging models and scenario simulation techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies under different market conditions. The findings indicate that an integrated management approach based on financial engineering can substantially mitigate the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on corporate finances while enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of risk management practices. An innovation of this study lies in the integration of machine learning algorithms into the exchange rate risk prediction system, thereby optimizing the accuracy and timeliness of traditional models. Furthermore, the research proposes personalized risk management recommendations tailored to different types of multinational corporations, providing concrete guidance for practical implementation. Overall, this study not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of exchange rate risk management but also offers robust support for decision-making by multinational corporations in complex market environments.

Abstract
