绿色制造理念下的机械加工工艺改进

摘    要
随着全球对环境保护和可持续发展的日益重视,绿色制造理念已成为机械加工领域的重要发展方向。本研究以绿色制造为核心思想,旨在通过改进传统机械加工工艺,降低资源消耗与环境污染,同时提升生产效率与产品质量。为此,研究结合生命周期评估(LCA)方法与多目标优化理论,构建了一套系统化的绿色加工工艺评价体系,并提出了基于能耗、材料利用率及废弃物排放的综合优化策略。具体而言,研究选取典型机械加工工序为案例,运用数值模拟与实验验证相结合的方式,分析了不同工艺参数对环境影响的关键作用机制。结果表明,优化后的工艺方案在显著减少能源消耗与碳排放的同时,实现了加工精度与生产效率的双重提升。此外,研究创新性地引入智能化监测技术,实现了加工过程中的实时能耗监控与动态调整,为绿色制造的实际应用提供了技术支持。综上所述,本研究不仅为机械加工领域的绿色转型提供了理论依据,还通过具体的技术改进措施展现了其实际可行性,为推动制造业可持续发展做出了积极贡献。

Abstract
With the growing global emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable development, the concept of green manufacturing has become a critical direction in the field of mechanical processing. This study focuses on green manufacturing as its core philosophy, aiming to reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution while enhancing production efficiency and product quality by improving traditional mechanical processing technologies. To achieve this, the research integrates life cycle assessment (LCA) methods with multi-ob jective optimization theory to establish a systematic evaluation system for green processing technologies and proposes a comprehensive optimization strategy based on energy consumption, material utilization rate, and waste emission. Specifically, the study selects typical mechanical processing operations as case studies, employing a combination of numerical simulation and experimental validation to analyze the key mechanisms by which different process parameters influence environmental impacts. The results indicate that the optimized process schemes significantly reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions while simultaneously improving processing accuracy and production efficiency. Furthermore, the study innovatively incorporates intelligent monitoring technology to enable real-time energy consumption monitoring and dynamic adjustment during processing, providing technical support for the practical application of green manufacturing. In summary, this research not only offers theoretical foundations for the green transformation of the mechanical processing field but also demonstrates its practical feasibility through specific technological improvements, making a positive contribution to the promotion of sustainable development in manufacturing..
