基于虚拟仪器的电气参数测量技术

摘要 

  随着现代工业技术的快速发展,电气参数测量作为设备运行状态监测与故障诊断的重要手段,其精度和效率直接影响系统性能评估与优化。传统测量方法因硬件依赖性强、灵活性不足等问题逐渐难以满足复杂多变的应用需求。为此,本文提出基于虚拟仪器的电气参数测量技术,旨在通过软件定义的方式实现测量系统的智能化与可扩展性。研究采用LabVIEW平台结合数据采集卡构建虚拟仪器系统,利用信号处理算法对电压、电流等关键电气参数进行实时采集与分析,并设计了误差校正机制以提高测量精度。实验结果表明,该方法在动态响应、测量范围及成本效益等方面均优于传统方案,尤其在高频信号测量中表现出显著优势。本文的主要创新点在于将虚拟仪器技术与现代信号处理方法深度融合,突破了传统硬件功能固定的限制,为电气参数测量提供了灵活高效的解决方案,同时为相关领域的智能化发展奠定了基础。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of modern industrial technology, electrical parameter measurement, as an essential means for monitoring equipment operation status and fault diagnosis, directly affects the evaluation and optimization of system performance. Traditional measurement methods, limited by their strong hardware dependency and insufficient flexibility, are gradually unable to meet the complex and ever-changing application requirements. To address this issue, this study proposes an electrical parameter measurement technique based on virtual instrumentation, aiming to achieve intelligent and scalable measurement systems through software-defined approaches. The research employs the LabVIEW platform in conjunction with a data acquisition card to construct a virtual instrument system, utilizing signal processing algorithms for real-time acquisition and analysis of critical electrical parameters such as voltage and current. Additionally, an error correction mechanism is designed to enhance measurement accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate that this method outperforms traditional solutions in terms of dynamic response, measurement range, and cost-effectiveness, particularly exhibiting significant advantages in high-frequency signal measurements. The primary innovation of this study lies in the deep integration of virtual instrumentation technology with modern signal processing methods, overcoming the limitations of fixed functionality in traditional hardware and providing a flexible and efficient solution for electrical parameter measurement. Furthermore, this work lays a foundation for the intelligent development of related fields.
