摘要:本研究旨在探讨消费者个性化定制对品牌忠诚度的影响。通过对国内外相关研究的回顾和分析,发现消费者个性化定制对品牌忠诚度具有正向影响,并且这种影响在不同行业和产品类型中存在差异。然而,个性化定制对品牌忠诚度的影响受到多种因素的制约,包括技术挑战、安全信任挑战和市场竞争挑战。为了应对这些挑战,本文提出了一些对策,包括提高消费者个性化定制水平、制定差异化品牌营销策略以及加强消费者教育和培训。通过实施这些对策,可以增强品牌认知和情感认同,提高品牌忠诚度。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of personalized customization on brand loyalty. Through the review and analysis of relevant researches at home and abroad, it is found that consumer personalized customization has a positive impact on brand loyalty, and this impact is different in different industries and product types. However, the impact of personalization on brand loyalty is constrained by a variety of factors, including technological challenges, security trust challenges, and market competition challenges. To address these challenges, this paper proposes some countermeasures, including improving the level of consumer personalization, developing differentiated brand marketing strategies, and strengthening consumer education and training. Through the implementation of these countermeasures, brand cognition and emotional identity can be enhanced, and brand loyalty can be enhanced.
