基于物联网的机械制造过程监控与管理

摘要 

  随着工业4.0的推进,物联网技术在机械制造领域的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在构建基于物联网的机械制造过程监控与管理体系,以提高生产效率和产品质量。通过将传感器、控制器等物联网设备集成到制造系统中,实现对生产设备状态、工艺参数及环境因素的实时监测与数据采集。采用边缘计算与云计算相结合的方式处理海量数据,利用大数据分析技术挖掘有价值的信息,为决策提供支持。创新性地引入了预测性维护模型,通过对历史数据的学习与分析,提前预判设备故障,减少非计划停机时间。同时,建立了可视化管理平台,使管理人员能够直观掌握生产动态。实验结果表明,该系统可有效降低设备故障率约30%,提高生产效率达20%以上。此外,还实现了生产过程的透明化与可追溯性,有助于优化生产工艺流程。本研究不仅为机械制造企业提供了一套完整的解决方案,也为物联网技术在制造业中的深入应用提供了理论依据和技术支撑,推动了智能制造的发展进程。

Abstract

  With the advancement of Industry 4.0, the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing has become increasingly widespread. This study aims to construct an IoT-based monitoring and management system for the mechanical manufacturing process to enhance production efficiency and product quality. By integrating IoT devices such as sensors and controllers into the manufacturing system, real-time monitoring and data collection of equipment status, process parameters, and environmental factors are achieved. A combination of edge computing and cloud computing is employed to process massive amounts of data, while big data analytics techniques are utilized to extract valuable information, thereby supporting decision-making. Innovatively, a predictive maintenance model is introduced, which, through learning and analysis of historical data, can predict equipment failures in advance, reducing unplanned downtime. Additionally, a visualization management platform has been established, enabling managers to intuitively grasp production dynamics. Experimental results indicate that this system can effectively reduce equipment failure rates by approximately 30% and increase production efficiency by over 20%. Moreover, it achieves transparency and traceability in the production process, contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes. This research not only provides a comprehensive solution for mechanical manufacturing enterprises but also offers theoretical foundations and technical support for the in-depth application of IoT technology in manufacturing, promoting the development of smart manufacturing.
