三七缓解疲劳的保健食品开发及其质量标准研究

  随着现代生活节奏的加快,疲劳成为影响人们健康和生活质量的重要因素,三七具有活血化瘀、补气养血等功效,在缓解疲劳方面展现出巨大潜力。本研究旨在开发以三七为主要原料的缓解疲劳保健食品并建立其质量标准。通过查阅文献资料确定三七缓解疲劳的有效成分及作用机制,采用单因素试验与响应面法优化三七提取工艺,得到最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度75%、液料比12:1、提取时间2.5h、提取温度80℃。利用动物实验评价三七缓解疲劳保健食品的功效,选取小鼠进行负重游泳实验、爬杆实验等,结果显示该保健食品能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间、提高小鼠肌力,证明其具有良好的缓解疲劳效果。同时,基于三七的主要活性成分人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1等,建立高效液相色谱法测定三七缓解疲劳保健食品中这些成分的含量,为人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1分别在1.0 - 40.0μg /mL、1.0 - 60.0μg /mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.3%、98.7%,相对标准偏差均小于3%,从而构建了完善的质量标准体系。本研究创新性地将三七应用于缓解疲劳保健食品开发,并建立了科学合理且可操作性强的质量标准,为三七在缓解疲劳领域的深入研究与开发利用提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract

  With the acceleration of modern life rhythms, fatigue has become a significant factor affecting people's health and quality of life. Panax notoginseng (Sanqi) possesses various pharmacological effects, including promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and replenishing qi and blood, demonstrating great potential in alleviating fatigue. This study aimed to develop health food for fatigue relief with Sanqi as the main ingredient and to establish its quality standards. By reviewing literature, the effective components and mechanisms of Sanqi in relieving fatigue were determined. Single-factor experiments and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the extraction process of Sanqi, yielding the optimal extraction conditions as follows: 75% ethanol concentration, liquid-to-material ratio of 12:1, extraction time of 2.5 hours, and extraction temperature of 80°C. The efficacy of the Sanqi-based fatigue-relief health food was evaluated through animal experiments, including a weighted swimming test and a climbing rod test using mice. The results indicated that this health food could significantly prolong the weighted swimming time of mice and enhance their muscle strength, confirming its excellent fatigue-relief effect. Simultaneously, based on the primary active components of Sanqi, such as ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1, a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to measure the content of these components in the health food. Good linear relationships were observed for ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 within the ranges of 1.0 - 40.0 μg/mL and 1.0 - 60.0 μg/mL, respectively. The average recovery rates for ginsenosides Rg1 and Rb1 were 98.3% and 98.7%, respectively, with relative standard deviations less than 3%, thereby constructing a comprehensive quality standard system. This study innovatively applied Sanqi to the development of fatigue-relief health food and established scientific, reasonable, and highly operable quality standards, providing theoretical evidence and technical support for further research and application of Sanqi in the field of fatigue relief.
