Abstract:The seismic performance of steel fr ame-supported structures in high-rise residential buildings is discussed in this paper. First, the basic theory of high-rise residential steel fr ame-support structure is described in detail, including its definition, characteristics, classification, form and mechanical properties. Secondly, the seismic design method of steel fr ame-support structure for high-rise residential buildings is introduced, including basic requirements, main contents and methods, and case analysis. Then, the seismic performance of high-rise residential steel fr ame-support structure is deeply analyzed, including basic principles and methods, main influencing factors, calculation models and assumptions. On this basis, the ob jective, principle, method and procedure of the seismic performance optimization design of high-rise residential steel fr ame-support structure are proposed, and verified by an example analysis. Finally, in view of the seismic performance optimization of steel fr ame-support structures in high-rise residential buildings, suggestions on structural design optimization, construction quality control and regular inspection and maintenance are put forward.
