肝癌并发上消化道出血患者的护理急救与预防措施
摘 要
肝癌并发上消化道出血是临床常见的危急重症，具有病情复杂、进展迅速、病死率高的特点。本研究旨在探讨肝癌并发上消化道出血患者的护理急救与预防措施，以提高救治成功率和改善患者预后。通过对某三甲医院2018 - 2022年收治的156例肝癌并发上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结护理急救经验并制定针对性预防方案。结果表明，建立快速反应机制、优化急救流程、加强多学科协作可显著提高抢救成功率；通过早期识别高危因素、实施个体化护理干预、强化健康教育等措施能有效降低再出血风险。

Nursing emergency treatment and preventive measures for patients with liver cancer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding
ABSTRACT
Liver cancer complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a common clinical critical condition, which is characterized by complicated disease, rapid progression and high mortality. This study aims to explore the nursing emergency and preventive measures for patients with liver cancer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding to improve the treatment success rate and improve patient outcomes. Through the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 156 patients with liver cancer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to a grade A hospital from 2018 to 2022, the emergency nursing experience was summarized and the targeted prevention plan was formulated. The results show that establish rapid response mechanism, optimize the first aid process and enhance the success rate of rescue by identifying risk factors, implementing individualized nursing intervention and strengthening health education.
