摘 要
随着医疗技术的发展和患者权益意识的提高，重症监护室作为特殊医疗环境，护士对患者隐私保护的重要性日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨重症监护室护士对患者隐私保护的意识与行为现状，为改善护理实践提供依据。采用问卷调查法，选取某地区三所三级甲等医院重症监护室的150名护士作为研究对象，通过自行设计的包含一般资料、隐私保护意识和行为三个维度的问卷进行调查。结果显示，重症监护室护士对患者隐私保护总体意识较好，但在具体行为方面存在不足，如在操作过程中未能完全避免无关人员在场、未充分告知患者或家属相关情况等。创新点在于首次聚焦重症监护室这一特殊环境下的护士隐私保护意识与行为，并发现意识与行为之间存在一定差距，这可能与工作环境复杂、工作任务繁重等因素有关。主要贡献是揭示了当前重症监护室护士在患者隐私保护方面存在的问题，为进一步优化护理管理、加强护士培训、完善相关制度提供了参考，以期提高护士在重症监护室中对患者隐私保护的水平，保障患者权益。

Abstract
With the advancement of medical technology and the increasing awareness of patient rights, the importance of privacy protection for patients in intensive care units (ICUs), as a specialized medical environment, has become increasingly prominent. This study aims to investigate the current status of nurses' awareness and behaviors regarding patient privacy protection in ICUs, providing evidence for improving nursing practices. A questionnaire survey method was employed, selecting 150 nurses from the ICUs of three tertiary hospitals in a specific region. The self-designed questionnaire encompassed three dimensions: general information, awareness of privacy protection, and actual behaviors. The results indicate that ICU nurses generally have a good awareness of patient privacy protection; however, deficiencies exist in specific behaviors, such as failing to completely avoid the presence of irrelevant personnel during procedures and insufficiently informing patients or their families about relevant situations. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on nurses' awareness and behaviors concerning patient privacy protection within the unique context of ICUs, revealing a gap between awareness and actual behavior, which may be associated with complex working environments and heavy workloads. The primary contribution of this research is the identification of existing issues in patient privacy protection among ICU nurses, offering references for optimizing nursing management, enhancing nurse training, and improving relevant policies, ultimately aiming to enhance the level of patient privacy protection by nurses in ICUs and safeguard patient rights.
