员工绩效考核是现代企业管理中的重要环节,其公平性直接关系到员工的工作积极性和企业的长远发展。在当前复杂多变的市场环境下,企业面临着诸多挑战,传统的绩效考核体系难以完全适应新的需求,公平性问题日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨员工绩效考核中的公平性问题及其解决对策,以期为企业提供科学合理的绩效管理方案。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对多家企业的实地调研,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法收集数据,分析了影响绩效考核公平性的主要因素,包括考核标准的合理性、考核过程的透明度、考核结果的应用等方面。研究发现,部分企业在绩效考核中存在标准模糊、过程不透明、结果应用不合理等问题,这些问题严重影响了员工的积极性和创造力。针对上述问题,提出了构建科学合理的考核指标体系、提高考核过程透明度、完善考核反馈机制等一系列对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Employee performance appraisal is an important link in modern enterprise management, and its fairness is directly related to the work enthusiasm of employees and the long-term development of enterprises. In the current complex and changeable market environment, enterprises are facing many challenges, and the traditional performance appraisal system is difficult to fully adapt to the new needs, and the problem of fairness is becoming increasingly prominent. The purpose of this study is to explore the fairness problem in employee performance appraisal and its solutions, in order to provide scientific and reasonable performance management scheme for enterprises. Through the sorting of relevant literature at home and abroad and the field research of many enterprises, the questionnaire survey, interview and other methods, the main factors affecting the fairness of performance assessment are analyzed, including the rationality of assessment standards, the transparency of the assessment process, and the application of assessment results. The research found that some enterprises have problems in performance appraisal, such as vague standards, opaque process and unreasonable application of results, which seriously affect the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. In view of the above problems, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, such as building a scientific and reasonable assessment index system, improving the transparency of the assessment process, and improving the assessment feedback mechanism.
